KABBALAH

The practice of Kabbalah helps us to be aware of the Grace we receive. Our true nature is Grace. Kabbalah shows us the way to recognize our personal union with God. It is a revealed knowledge that teaches us as human beings to connect with the absolute, to be active participants in the world and to find our reason for being , which is totally linked to the creation of the universe and the origin of life.

Grace is infinite and so is God's love. When we grow spiritually and become aware of this, our confidence in life, our capacity for wonder, our joy, our happiness and our love, and our capacity to participate in creation increase.

Kabbalah is an ancient knowledge and its purpose is to help us create a direct connection with divinity. It is in itself a path to enlightenment and spiritual realization. It is a technology for liberation and redemption through the revelation contained in the Bible.

SHAIVIST TANTRA

Tantra is one of the oldest and richest spiritual traditions of humanity. Tantra is the handling of Shakti to awaken Shiva. It is said that the Universe is Tantra.

There are two divine aspects that are principles: One aspect is the feminine and the other the masculine, Shiva and Shakti.

These principles coexist and one cannot exist without the other.

SHIVA is consciousness, and clarity of observation, the ability to realize. SHAKTI is energy, it is power.

Shiva is all light, he is one. Shakti is phenomena, he is individuality, he is concrete manifestation. Shakti generates patterns of energy. Elements of pure creation. Everything visible: forms, realities, worlds, nature. Shiva is recognizing what unifies everything.

Kashmir Shaivism Tantra posits that the purpose of creation is to be able to observe oneself and realize Unity.

Tantra is a spiritual technology of expansion and transmutation of consciousness and energy; this technology contains numerous techniques, tools, explanations and approaches to the path. The supreme fruit of Tantra is Tantra, the eternal flow, the essence itself, the conscious experience of our true nature, what we truly are.

BUDDHISM

In Buddhism it is said that the Buddha state or the liberated state , is not something we earn, accumulate, or generate, but rather it is something we simply discover, something we realize we already are.

Buddhism does not posit the existence of a God or a specific creator. Buddhism does not focus on reverence or devotion to any god, but on the spiritual development of each individual. The essential practice, the primary practice for liberation is Meditation. We meditate not to liberate ourselves, we meditate to realize that we are already liberated.

Meditation is one of the main tools to increase our ability to observe. Observing is the essence of spiritual practice, it is what will allow us to realize who we are, what we are, to be able to understand our karma. To understand that our true state is to be enlightened, is to be liberated.

In Tibetan Buddhism we have many levels of teaching. Our approach is through different techniques, forms and/or paths from different schools, including the Dzogchen school and the Mahamudra school; to propose a path of development of consciousness, of realization and liberation of our true nature.

SHAMANISM AND HEALING

The shaman works to restore the balance of the planet and of human beings, to find where it was broken and to heal it.
It is the learning and deep knowledge of the three worlds, physical, energetic and spiritual.

The shaman learns to heal and to restore balance to things. Shamanism teaches respect for all that exists. Then it teaches understanding and finally the management of phenomena. During the process, the practitioner recovers something fundamental that he had lost: himself. He manages to reconnect with the world and life. The ultimate fruit is freedom and transcendental joy.

Shamanism is the understanding of the laws of creation and nature. It is a path of transformation, purification and balance of reality.

At SPANDA we see shamanism as a path of knowledge, personal growth, and liberation. We seek personal development and transformation of our experience, beyond rituals and encounters with the paranormal.

What is a shaman? He is an explorer of the universe, a walker of the worlds , and it is in this exploration that he gets to know himself and acquires his shamanic education.

TAOISM

To unify the three treasures and transform them, we also need to take into account our body, keep it strong, free of disease and long-lived and for that there are Taoist exercises, Chi Kung ( energy management ), specific diets and herbal medicine to help in the process.

Taoism is not a path of renunciation or exclusion, it is a path of integration and transformation .

The essential characteristic of Taoism is that it is a path that can also be called alchemical meditative . Unlike other paths, this one is not only meditative and not only alchemical, it is a fusion of both . To practice Taoism it is necessary to understand the raw material of alchemy. This raw material is the three levels of energy, the three treasures:

  • Jing: The essential energy, the most physical energy.

  • Chi: It is the vital energy, also known as prana.

  • Shen: It is spiritual energy.

Tao means “ the way ” or “ the path ” and is one of the oldest philosophies of humanity. Taoism is not only a very rich spiritual culture, it is also one of the most profound meditative cultures.

Taoist practice provides us with the paths to reach the state of immortality , which is what in other paths we know as liberation or ultimate enlightenment.

PSYCHOTHERAPY
ONTOGONIC

The vision of the Ontogony Psychotherapy model is to foster our ability to observe the world and ourselves with greater clarity, particularly by eradicating the ignorance that keeps us separated from a pure recognition of our Being, what many spiritual traditions call an enlightened consciousness or our true nature.

The model of Ontogonic Transpersonal Psycho-Corporal Therapy invites us to understand the body as an open flow of energy and consciousness within the great cosmic pulsation or Spanda.

We work with body-mind, with emotions, with consciousness, with spiritual or transpersonal experience and with energy. And it is through the energy of life that we unify the other levels of experience.

In the Ontogony proposal, the path of Transpersonal Psycho-Corporal Therapy is one of the three fundamental axes for the development of our consciousness and spiritual growth – for human redemption: therapy, meditation and cultivation or management of energy.

The Ontogony Therapy process is a path of self-knowledge towards maximum liberation, it is about:

  • Unblocking the flow of energy in our body by remaining present in it; working with the body from the body.

  • Experience the here and now, observe and accept our reality.

  • Making the unconscious conscious, integrating our experiences.

  • Opening ourselves to the fullness of our love potential.

  • Discover our Being, our true essence or true nature.

  • Purify our karma and heal our neurosis, understood as a break with the here and now.

  • Personal growth and transformation.
