ONTOGONIC PSYCHOTHERAPY
The vision of the Ontogonic model of Psychotherapy is to enhance our ability to observe the world and ourselves with greater clarity.

KABBALAH
The practice of Kabbalah helps us become aware of the Grace we receive. Our true nature is Grace. Kabbalah shows us how to recognize our personal union with God. It is a revealed knowledge that teaches us, as human beings, to connect with the Absolute, to actively participate in the world, and to find our purpose, which is deeply linked to the creation of the universe and the origin of life.
Grace is infinite, and so is the love of God. As we grow spiritually and become aware of this, our trust in life increases, as well as our capacity for wonder, joy, and love. We also develop a greater ability to actively participate in creation.

SHAIVA
TANTRA
Tantra is one of the oldest and richest spiritual traditions of humanity. Tantra is the harnessing of Shakti to awaken Shiva. It is said that the Universe is Tantra.
There are two divine aspects that are principles: one aspect is feminine and the other is masculine, Shiva and Shakti.
These principles coexist, and one cannot exist without the other.
SHIVA is consciousness and clarity of observation, the ability to become aware. SHAKTI is energy, it is power.
Shiva is all light, it is unity. Shakti is phenomena, individuality, concrete manifestation. Shakti generates patterns of energy. It is the essence of pure creation. Everything visible: forms, realities, worlds, nature. Shiva is the recognition of what unifies everything.
The Shaiva Tantra of Kashmir posits that the purpose of creation is to self-observe and realize Unity.
Tantra is a complete spiritual technology of expanding and transmuting consciousness and energy. This technology encompasses numerous techniques, tools, explanations, and approaches to the path. The ultimate fruit of Tantra is Tantra itself—the eternal flow, the essence itself—experiencing our true nature consciously, knowing what we truly are.

BUDDHISM
In Buddhism, it is said that the state of Buddhahood or liberation is not something that we gain, accumulate, or generate, but rather something that we simply discover, becoming aware that we already are.
Buddhism does not posit the existence of a specific God or creator. It does not focus on the reverence or devotion to any deity, but rather on the spiritual development of each individual. The essential and primary practice for liberation in Buddhism is meditation. We meditate not to become liberated, but to realize that we are already liberated.
Meditation is one of the main tools to enhance our capacity for observation. Observation is the essence of spiritual practice; it allows us to realize who we are, what we are, and understand our karma. It is through this understanding that we come to recognize that our true state is enlightenment, is liberation.
In Tibetan Buddhism, there are many levels of teachings. Our proposal is to explore various techniques, forms, and paths from different schools, including the Dzogchen and Mahamudra schools. We offer a path of developing consciousness, realization, and liberation of our true nature.

SHAMANISM
AND HEALING
The shaman works to restore balance to the planet and to human beings by seeking where it has been broken and healing it. It involves deep learning and knowledge of the three realms: the physical, the energetic, and the spiritual.
The shaman learns to heal and restore balance to all things. Shamanism teaches respect for all that exists. It then teaches understanding and, finally, the management of phenomena. During this process, the practitioner recovers something fundamental they had lost: themselves. They reconnect with the world and life itself. The ultimate fruit of this journey is freedom and transcendental joy.
Shamanism is the understanding of the laws of creation and nature. It is a path of transformation, purification, and balancing of reality.
At SPANDA, we view shamanism as a path of knowledge, personal growth, and liberation. We seek personal development and transformation of our own experience, going beyond rituals and encounters with the paranormal.
What is a shaman? A shaman is an explorer of the universe, a walker of worlds. It is through this exploration that the shaman comes to know themselves and acquires their shamanic education.

TAOISM
To unify the three treasures and transform them, we need to take into account our body as well, keeping it strong, free from disease, and long-lasting. For this purpose, there are Taoist exercises, such as Chi Kung (energy cultivation practices), specific diets, and herbal remedies as aids in the process.
Taoism is not a path of renunciation or exclusion; it is a path of integration and transformation.
The essential characteristic of Taoism is that it is a path that can also be called meditative alchemy. Unlike other paths, it is not only meditative or solely alchemical, but a fusion of both.
To practice Taoism, it is necessary to understand the raw material of alchemy. This raw material consists of the three levels of energy, the three treasures:
Jing: The essential energy, the most physical energy.
Chi: It is the vital energy, also known as prana.
Shen: It is the spiritual energy.
Tao means "the way" or "the path" and is one of the oldest philosophies of humanity. Taoism is not only a spiritually rich culture but also one of the deepest meditative cultures.
The Taoist practice provides us with pathways to attain the state of immortality, which is what we may refer to as liberation or ultimate enlightenment in other paths.

ONTOGONIC PSYCHOTHERAPY
The vision of the Ontogonic model of Psychotherapy is to foster our capacity to observe the world and ourselves with greater clarity, eradicating the ignorance that keeps us separate from a pure recognition of our Being, which is often referred to as enlightened awareness or our True Nature in many spiritual traditions.
We work with the body-mind, with emotions, consciousness, spiritual or transpersonal experiences, and energy. Ontogonic psychotherapy is a proactive movement of energy-consciousness aimed at returning to the flow. Its goal and foundation lie in the search for liberation.
Ontogonic Psychotherapy involves:
-
Bringing awareness and making the unconscious conscious.
-
Releasing the flow of energy in the body and understanding body characterology, body types, and body contractions.
-
Experiencing the here and now with unconditional acceptance. Neurosis is the disconnection we have with the present moment due to not knowing who we are.
-
Having the desire to grow and evolve.
-
Cultivating love and freedom.
In the Ontogonic approach, the path of Mind-Body Psychotherapy is essential for the development of our consciousness and spiritual growth.
